Organization
gurantees partners for the block packs 1 to 8 participants only. In
case I attend to individual classes rather than the group packs the
organization is not responsible for providing the partner for me.
Organization is not responsible from the attendence of my partner to
the classes.
Organization is not responsible from the participants who confirmed
their participation, and then gave up for any reason during the event,
that caused me missing my partner. In this case, although the organization
will do the best to find another partner, it does not gurantee to find
any another partner for me.
Organization
ensures that my partner is in the correct classes as (s)he registered
in the registration form. Organization is not responsible from the level,
quality, and any other tango/non-tango qualifications of my partner.
My
registration will be confirmed if and only if I deposit the registration
fee. Organization has no responsibility for anything in case I do not
have confirmed registration.
In case I cancell my registration, the organization is entitled NOT
to refund 50 E of the registration fee regardless of the cancellation
date.
By no means, I will not record (video) classes and show other than for
which I have been entitled for by the organization. (Organization allows
recording of reviews of the classes, and shows during the event)
If I stay for any reason in any class other than I have registered,
the organization has the right of asking 35 E per class. I accept that
the organization has the right of accepting or refusing my request to
watch any classes.
I accept that the organization may ask information about my participation
to any classes at any time during the event.
